Training Log


Since the beginning of April I've been utilising Dan John's Simpler Strength template. I've used Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 for a few years but I was beginning to feel a bit beat up from it, and, after reading John's Intervention book I thought I'd give this a go.
You can find it here.  As I write this I'm coming to the end of the first cycle and feeling good.  I've kept it pretty light but worked hard-ish, always adding in kettlebell swings, goblet squats and Turkish Get Ups.
